Please note that the personal data, provided by you and collected by Tagetik Software S.r.l., will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality guarantees and with the safety measures provided by the applicable regulation, also with the aid of electronic means, either directly and/or via third party, for the purposes provided below, along with the reference legal basis:

2. Mandatory nature of the data provision: consequences of refusal

The provision of data for the purposes at point 1 is optional but it is essential in order to assess your application. Without such data, we are not able to assess your application.


3. Retention period

Data will be processed for the period necessary to pursue the aims described above and, in any case, no longer than 24 months of collection.

5. Addressees and Data transfer outside the EU

Your data can be disclosed, in Italy or within the EU territory, to the persons in charge of the processing and to the following subjects:

  • IT and infrastructure consultants that work for the Company;
  • Companies, professionals and consultants that provide the Company with medical and recruitment services.

Data will not be disclosed in any other way.


6. Data Subject’s rights

Please, note that, as data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the Supervisory Authority and the rights listed below. In order to exercise your rights, you can submit a request to the Data Controller and/or to the Data Processor, using the contact details at point 4.

  • Art. 15 – Right of access: You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information related to the processing
  • Art. 16 – Right to rectification: The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
  • Art. 17 – Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten): You have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the erasure of your personal data and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay. 
  • Art. 18 – Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies: 
    • the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; 
    • the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;; 
    • the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
    • the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
  • Art. 20 – Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided. In exercising his or her right to data portability pursuant to paragraph 1, the data subject shall have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.
  • Art. 21 – Right to object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1), including profiling based on those provisions. If you have given consent for one or more specific purposes, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Art. 22 – Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning yourself or similarly significantly affects you.
