My sense of innovation brings me validating the following must-have capabilities: having a unique system to handle the increasing data on time, which would be preferably managed by an FP&A; rather than an IT.
Unifying planning across the organization in a financial, operational and strategical way.
Powerful modeling and analytic tools to gather insights which should tell the story not only in the numbers way but also in narrative.
Accountability through a clear workflow in a specific audit trail which speed up the process and reduce offline work.
