Mark Macaluso, veteran EPM executive, will expand services in North America to Tagetik’s rapidly growing customer base
Tagetik, a visionary leader in global performance management software solutions, announced today the hiring of Mark Macaluso as vice president of professional services, North America. Mark, who most recently served as Tidemark’s vice president of customer success prior to joining Tagetik, will work on expanding Tagetik’s professional services team, as well as continuing to grow the company’s partner network.
Mark brings to Tagetik a 25-year track record of service innovation, solution development, and global team leadership. He has a deep understanding of the corporate performance management market, gained from his executive roles at Tidemark, Endeca, Business Objects, Cartesis, and Hyperion Solutions.
“Mark’s experience in leading both professional services and sales support teams gives him a unique perspective on streamlining processes and enhancing customer experiences,” said Anton Niculescu, general manager of Tagetik North America. “We are justifiably proud of our high customer satisfaction ranking and the dominant role consulting services plays in establishing a positive client experience. Mark’s role is to maintain the highest excellence standards, while broadening the spectrum of our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
“Joining Tagetik is the highlight of my career,” said Mark Macaluso. “The company has a long-standing, unmatched reputation for its commitment to product quality and on-going development. Its customer-centric focus, rapid growth, and dedication to excellence reminds me very much of the early Hyperion days. I’m looking forward to working with this great team to expand our global presence.”
Mark, who works out of Tagetik’s North America corporate headquarters in Stamford, has a B.S. in marketing and business administration from Kean University in Union, NJ. He is co-founder of Megan’s Miracles for Pediatric Cancer, a non-profit dedicated to funding pediatric cancer research and providing support for families with children battling cancer.
