Biography
As the global Human Resources Director, Riccardo is responsible for all aspects employee programs and processes. Riccardo joined the company in 2015 and is responsible for global HR programs including talent management, learning and development, recruiting, compensation & benefits. Riccardo is a proven leader and architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities. Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Riccardo spent 12 years at CRIF Groups where he directed HR function for Corporate and International divisions with more than 1,500 employees.
