Job Description:

We are looking a self-motivated New Business Development Representatives for our Sales department due to the company’s fast growth and expansion to a new North America headquarters in downtown Stamford, CT. The Sales Development Representative will help find and qualify new sales opportunities for Outside Sales Executives in a defined geographic territory and help them progress their pipeline.

The ideal SDR candidate should have excellent phone skills, ability to quickly develop rapport and “talk the talk” with Finance and Information Technology Executives, Vice Presidents and Director Level Contacts. You must be comfortable making many calls a day and navigating mid to large size companies to reach the decision maker through various research methods and research tools. This SDR position will engage with prospects on the phone and convincingly positioning CCH Tagetik as a natural short-list choice for any Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software evaluation.


  • Highly motivated, competitive individual with superior communications skills
  • 1-3 years of direct sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, OneNote (a plus), PowerPoint (a plus)
  • Experience using CRM and lead management tools is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
  • Experience or degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus+
  • For recent graduates, Minimum GPA: 3.0 Cumulative
  • A team-playing, positive, and friendly attitude

Remuneration and contract terms will be discussed individually and defined according to personal skills, competences and experience.
