Requirements:

CCH Tagetik is looking for an experienced B2B software marketing specialist who enjoys building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns & programs that build measureable pipeline and revenue.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, creative, data-driven marketer who is looking to personally contribute to the company’s success through the creation of a strong demand generation program that grows pipeline. Activities are wide-ranging with a blend of inbound and outbound campaign tactics that include in-person events, email, social, digital, paid search and content syndication. This is a varied role which would suit an ambitious, tech-savvy ‘doer’ who is comfortable working with a good degree of autonomy across the marketing campaign mix. Although the role is extremely varied in content, the focus is explicitly on demand generation for accelerated pipeline growth.


Job description

Reporting to the Marketing Director, UK&I, this wide-ranging role is responsible for the co-ordination and tactical execution of the region’s extensive demand-generation campaigns. This is a hands-on role which will see you devising and delivering a diverse range of marketing programs via multiple promotional channels (email, in-person events, partner, webinars, content syndication and website) to help drive MQLs and pipeline revenue. Success is measured by contribution to the company’s growth from MQL to pipeline development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own online and offline marketing campaigns, projects and activities from planning through to execution. 
  • Guide, advise and execute local digital strategy for all campaigns including social media, online assets, website and content.
  • Day to day management of local email and nurture campaigns
  • Manage and contribute to the creative process, ensuring the brief is met and delivers against objectives set.
  • Understand the profile of customers, key personas and the buyers journey and use these findings to increase the success of current and new campaigns. 
  • Brief and manage external suppliers to ensure brief/objectives are met on time and within agreed budget.
  • Liaise with other regional teams to share ideas, challenges and success. 
  • Regular reporting on activity to demonstrate attribution, results and returns, and using results for continuous improvement in efficiency of activity

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Experience and confidence in campaign build and execution across a variety of online and offline channels and tactics. 
  • Good understanding of demand generation within a B2B solution sales environment.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound marketing - and how to build and blend tactics to optimise marketing results. 
  • Hands-on use of Marketo and Salesforce CRM. 
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience of utilising Linkedin and other digital channels for demand generation.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills to create copy and support programs
  • Experience in briefing and managing external suppliers
  • Cost management of campaigns /budget management
  • Proven track record of delivering results against targets

Remuneration and contract terms will be discussed individually and defined according to personal skills, competences and experience.
