Job Description:

The Communication manager reports to the Director of Communication & Events. and is assigned to manage internal and external marketing communication strategies and plans.



  • Strategize and execute all external and internal communication plans.
  • Supervise all media tactics, including press releases, blog posts, social posts and interaction with external agencies and consultants.
  • Develop and maintain the brand book providing consistency across CCH Tagetik marketing materials and presentations.
  • Supervise, assign duties and mentor the PR and Communications Specialist.
  • Support awareness strategy and media tactics for local operations.
  • Support the global marketing plan and related campaigns through media tactics.
  • Develop strategic external presentations and speeches for events and executive meetings.
  • Interact with journalists and thought leaders in EU and US to improve the company’s perception.
  • Work with the Marketing Analyst to monitor and analyze KPIs around brand awareness and our global footprint.



  • A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in communications, marketing or business administration
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant communication experience is required
  • Outstanding communication skills and proficient English or native english language is required
  • Coordinate resource to meet short-term objectives; identify and solve a range of problems in straightforward situation
  • Experience doing technical writing
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-driven personality, flexible, hard working, creative and a good team player

Remuneration and contract terms will be discussed individually and defined according to personal skills, competences and experience.
