Ben Russell

Ben is an expert in the field of data collection and data modelling, particularly when applied to business data. Since joining CoreFiling in 2010, he has delivered consultancy, thought leadership, technical architectures, training, advice and, most of all, innovative solutions for both producers and consumers of business data. Since 2013, he has been Chair of the Taxonomy Architecture Guidance Task Force at XBRL International, the governing body of the XBRL standard.

Ben's current focus is to innovate and encourage new uses of standards-based and data-centric solutions to increase the value and reduce the cost of data throughout reporting ecosystems.
