The Challenge
End of February 2012 Royal Haskoning and DHV officially announced the intention of a merger. From a corporate performance management perspective one of the main challenges was to create one Annual Report for 2012. At the same time the corporate performance management system had to be adapted to the new management and legal structure of the company by the start of 2013.
CCH Tagetik Solution
Given the fact that Royal HaskoningDHV already experienced CCH Tagetik and that the software had clearly proven its added value, CCH Tagetik was embraced as a best practice. The implementation to one single Group Reporting System covered multiple phases: redesign, integration, validation of the historical data and providing go live support.
Royal HaskoningDHV trained people worldwide by several web-sessions and gave local trainings to the end users at their headquarters.
