PwC Luxembourg Uses Tagetik’s Collaborative Disclosure Management Solution for Fund Regulatory Reporting Service Offering

PwC Luxembourg reporting service to provide expert production support for fund regulatory, tax, and other financial reporting for companies in Europe and Asia

Tagetik, a visionary leader in global performance management software solutions, announced today that its Financial Performance PlatformTM, integrated with its Collaborative Disclosure Management (CDM) solution, is the foundation of an innovative web-based system used by PwC Luxembourg to provide production support for the complex fund regulatory, tax, and other financial reporting needs of companies in Europe and Asia.

The collaborative web-based system is part of a range of integrated regulatory fund services offered by PwC Luxembourg.  For those companies seeking to outsource any or all of their regulatory or financial reporting, the PwC Luxembourg service can track all input and work associated with a report, manages all workflows, updates data real-time, provides detailed auditing, and ensures data consistency and accuracy.

We chose Tagetik because we needed an advanced performance and disclosure management solution that our risk and finance experts could use, manage, and control on their own.  Product flexibility and data accuracy were obviously critical to the selection, as was the ability to support our clients’ diverse processes, operating models, and workflows. Tagetik’s use of Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting was also an asset,” said François-Victor Adam, reporting fund services partner at PwC Luxembourg.  “Tagetik is working closely with us to design and improve a system that meets the expectations of our experts while addressing the critically important reporting requirements of our clients.”

Luxembourg is a major world hub for the investment fund and asset management industry: the strength of Tagetik’s reporting and disclosure functions will help mainstream the production of regulatory reporting from the data collection to document edition,” said Fabrizio Tocchini, country director Tagetik Belgium and Tagetik Luxembourg.

We are very proud to be part of this development initiative,” said Bani Brandolini, president international of Tagetik.  “Our Collaborative Disclosure Management solution, used in conjunction with our Financial Performance Platform, has proven its ability to handle any kind of regulatory or financial reporting with great efficiency, thanks to built-in financial intelligence, collaborative features, and workflow control and management. We look forward to continuing our work with PwC Luxembourg to help companies address the increasingly complex reporting requirements that are part of doing business on a global scale.
