Service Director Tagetik Benelux (fulltime) & member of Management Team

For our Benelux operations, we are looking for a fulltime and experienced Services Director with knowledge of planning and/or consolidation processes and management reporting.

Job Description:

Manages complex customer services areas through leadership and development of the team (functional consultants, technical consultants, education consultants, etc). Creates an environment to achieve ultimate customer loyalty (external and internal). Provides leadership in setting and achieving assigned goals in the installation, implementation, support and education of the Tagetik products in a profitable way and the growth of the services contract base. Makes sure projects are executed in a balanced way (with own and external resources) to ensure customer satisfaction, quality and a profitable result. 

The Services Director: 

  • Is an active member of the management team of Tagetik Benelux who will report to the General Manager of Tagetik Benelux.
  • Manages the Services Teams in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Is responsible for management and qualitative improvement of the Services and Education Teams (who implement the software for financial consolidation, planning, budgeting and forecasting and train and support the Tagetik users).
  • Is able to create a budget and set targets according to corporate guidelines.
  • Organizes and implements the support model, incl. external support and support regarding special projects (with international coordination).
  • Is responsible for execution of the Services invoicing, forecasting, planning and time sheets (including subcontract management).
  • Drives business results and manages customer and partner relationships within area of responsibility. 
  • Is the main escalation contact for our customers and partners in case of support and project escalations.
  • Develops strong customer and partner relationships and serves as the interface between customer or partner and all Tagetik organizations creating “one Tagetik” for the customer and partner. 
  • Proactively identifies customer needs and develops and implements customer specific solutions. 
  • Drives change initiatives as required to improve efficiencies and processes to execute on business commitments 
  • Will assist our account managers during the sales cycle providing implementation methodology expertise.
  • Is responsible for the services offerings to customers.

job requirements: 

  • HBO/University degree and a minimum of eight years’ relevant experience with leadership and implementation services in the CPM software industry. 
  • Ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams. 
  • Proven experience in leading a team, managing customer/partner relationships, and/or managing a P&L or comparable business unit. 
  • Strong business acumen (including negotiation skills).
  • Subject matter expertise in finance/accounting/financial management systems.
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives. 
  • Able to learn, get feedback and has self-refection on its own functioning and results
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent Dutch and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
