Supply Chain Expert Lora Cecere Discusses Role of Finance in Inventory Optimization and Improved Operational Forecasting in Tagetik’s Next Progressive CFO Webinar

Lora Cecere, founder and CEO of Supply Chain Insights, a research and advisory firm, will discuss how CFOs can improve the market capitalization of their organizations by working with operations to improve forecasting, refine supply chain design, and manage a broader portfolio of metrics.
Cecere will include in her discussion insights from her recently published book, Supply Chain Metrics That Matter, which is based on years of research into supply chain successes and failures and details the links between corporate financials and supply chain maturity.
