Tagetik Opens North American Headquarters

Continues Global Expansion into Corporate Performance Management market

Tagetik, an international provider of the next generation of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions, today announced the opening of the North American headquarters. This strategic move strengthens Tagetiks’ distribution capability into another large and growing market for CPM products and services. This announcement marks an important step in the company’s ongoing global expansion strategy.

Tagetik’s expansion into North America follows new operations in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria, and Switzerland.  Additional countries will be added in 2007.

Tagetik North America is based in Stamford, Connecticut, located in the New York metropolitan area. Tom Cowan has been named Chief Executive Officer. Tom brings substantial executive management experience growing software companies, including in the CPM market. His experience involves building companies of all sizes, from OutlookSoft to Tivoli to the Communications and Media Industry of IBM. He was most recently CEO of OutlookSoft Corporation.
