Gruppo Servizi becomes Tagetik
Lucca-based Company, an example of excellence in Tuscany’s digital district, continues their success by entering the International Market with their new name and image

Gruppo Servizi, a leading producer of CPM software, today unveiled its plans to expand internationally. The company, which is headquartered in Lucca with offices in Turin and Milan, is launching Tagetik, adopting a new logo and image to compete in the international arena.
The new Tagetik brand will encompass all the activities that the Group now carries out in the Corporate Performance Management field. The name Gruppo Servizi will continue to be used by the holding company and by its subsidiary, Gruppo Servizi Information Technology.
The company is thus poised to face and succeed in the international arena with Tagetik CPM, the best Corporate Performance Management solution available on the world market. Pierluigi Pierallini, Chairman and founder of Gruppo Servizi, remarked that “We are witnessing the dawn of a new era in the world of CPM. After the enormous success in the Italian market, where over 250 top companies have turned to us for help,” he said, “our Group has now forged a specific development strategy for expanding into international markets.”

Tagetik takes its name from Tagete, a mythical figure. Tagete, at once a young boy and a great sage, suddenly appeared on earth to teach the ancient Etruscans the art of divination and interpreting the future. Synonymous with creative drive, wisdom and skill, the name, anglicized to Tagetik, underscores the company’s close bond with its place of origin and offers symbolic representation of the human essence: the intellectual capital of Tagetik consists of more than 150 dynamic university graduates, with an average age of barely over 30. Tagetik’s expansion into foreign markets will be guided by Bani Brandolini, a graduate of the London School of Economics and a manager with international experience in the Corporate Performance Management field gained at companies such as Hyperion and Outlooksoft. “I am proud to be a part of this dynamic Italian company, a family of talented young people under the guidance of experienced managers,” he declared. “I look forward to offering my knowledge of the business to help Tagetik to tackle its international challenge successfully.”
The ownership and organizational structure of Gruppo Servizi Holding will remain unchanged in the operation, and all the companies will operate as subsidiaries of Gruppo Servizi Holding. The new Group structure is therefore as follows:
