The project

Acea implemented Tagetik 3.0 to support the processes of Fast Closing & Reporting, Statutory & Management Consolidation, Financial Planning and Forecasting. Furthermore, Italy’s new requirements for regulatory Unbundling have forced the company to rethink its software solution to respond to these specific business needs.

Project objectives are:

• Produce and analyze Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet data by activities and sub-activities
• Provide an accessible database for regulatory information, enabling full traceability of all data
• Easily adapt the system to any additions or modifications in processing the information 
• Integrated system with each calculation model and additional notes
• Deliver what-if analysis and modeling
• Simplify all the auditing activities
