Situation analysis and specific requirements
The Aries Group, a specialist in manufacturing and assembling composite components and structures for the Aerospace industry, uses Tagetik CPM for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting on both group and entity levels.
Prior to choosing Tagetik, the company relied on a highly complex system of spreadsheets to execute these tasks. When the group decided to implement rolling monthly forecasts for finance and operations, however, it quickly realized that extending the former system involved too much time and money.
The project
