Tagetik's software development group is looking for the very best technical writers to document a diversity of software-related topics, all concerning with Tagetik 4.0. We are looking for writers of all levels of seniority who have a high technical aptitude, are passionate about technical writing, and who write excellent documentation.

When you're reading software documentation, do you quickly figure out how the documentation could be improved? When you encounter technologies that you are not familiar with, do you just go ahead and learn them? Do you love writing clear, accurate and helpful software documentation? Is the need to help your readers understand a technology and get going with it the overriding goal of everything you write? Have you ever been an advanced user of an ERP software? Have you any job experience as a consultant in economical and financial projects?

Responsibilities:

• Write software documentation for developers, consultants, partners and customers, including "How To" guides, reference manuals, user guides, technical overviews, architecture overviews, procedures, “New Features” guides and more.
• Edit, clarify and proofread documents written by developers and consultants.

Requirements:

• English mother tongue.
• Fluency in Italian is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proven track record of researching and writing the very best software and/or QA-related documentation.
• Able to cope with fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
• Ability to create excellent documentation within tight deadlines.
• Excel at proactive, clear, and timely written and spoken communication.
• Passionate about learning and documenting new technologies.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with developers.
• Extensive knowledge in two or more of the following topics: Web application development, , Database management systems, Programming or scripting languages, Quality assurance practices and tools, BI or CPM software products.
